Q: How can you help me?

A: We help people with DNN support all day long. If you have a DNN problem but not sure if we can help, please email us at support@DeskPal.com or give us a call at 1.855.366.4376.


Q: Will you support more than one site?

A: Yes. Note that our monthly plans are just for the 1 website. You can sign up for as many websites as you want.


Q: This sounds too good to be true… how can you provide unlimited support for monthly clients?

A: We're fair and we've found our monthly clients are as well. We support a reasonable number of tasks per site and we will let you know if you are going overboard. A good reference to have is 1 active task at a time per site per day.


Q: How long does a task take to complete?

A: We try to complete tasks on the same business day. If you request a task over the weekend, we will take care of it on Monday morning unless we realize it is urgent, like the site is down.


Q: Do you provide services all around the globe?

A: Yes, we can work for clients from any country, but we operate 9 to 5 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.


Q: Do you offer services 24 x 7?

A: We offer 24 x 7 services for site crashes only. Our regular hours are 9 to 5 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Q: I'm not sure if my job is a small job, what do I do?

A: If it feels like a small job, just sign up and we will do our best to fix it for you. If we can't, we will give you a full refund. If you want to check before you signup, you are welcome to email us at support@DeskPal.com or give us a call at 1.855.366.4376.


Q: Can you upgrade my site everytime a new DNN version is released?

A: DNN upgrades must be scheduled in advance and can only be requested once every 6 months. This is what we found to be reasonable.


Q: Do you do one off jobs? Or is it monthly plans only?

A: You can either sign up for unlimited monthly jobs, or just order a single one off job. You can make your choice on the plans page.


Q: Are there limits to the tasks DeskPal will do?

A: To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we only do small fixes and jobs. This means that 30 minute tasks are in scope and larger, more complex projects are out of scope. We don't offer website design, new skins/themes, C#/VB.NET coding nor module development.


Q: Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?

A: No. Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees.


Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee?

A: Yes. If you're not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription.

I have been working with DNN since Version 3 but I know enough to let the experts handle the real problems that arise. After corrupting a DNN install, I found DeskPal and Aderson. They immediately responded to an actual phone call with a real person. They took my information and determined that my issue was one that they would tackle. The problem occurred on a Wednesday and by Friday before lunch my issue was resolved. I am up and running without losing days of work by having to do server and sql database restores. DeskPal will become my first phone call in the future for issues and DNN consulting.
